The Author

ATHINA PANOU was born in Athens in 1983. She is a civil engineer with post-graduate studies on environmental issues and education. Her love of confectionery led her to start her own food blog in 2009 (www.sugarbuzz.gr), in which she presents exclusively dessert recipes; She also attends seminars on confectionery and photography. She received 2nd place in the competition of Greek cooking magazine Olive in 2010. Professionally, she is involved in the preparation and decoration of cupcakes, among other things, which she adores.
