The abduction of an industrialist in Thessaloniki… Repeated thefts from churches and monasteries that sustain a powerful antiquities smuggling ring… An unsuspecting woman holidaying in Platamonas and an inexplicable attempt on her life which costs the life of an innocent Italian tourist and entangles her in a dangerous adventure… An affair between a woman with no memory and the young hermit who offers her sanctuary.
What could connect these dark tales? Who and what holds the answer and will ultimately save lives?

A heart-racing novel filled with suspense, a love so pure found deep within the confusion of a mind, a ruthless hunt for justice and punishment and, amongst them, a crack of faint light filled with the promise that home will return again…
