DEMONS HAVE NO NAME

Thanasis Vergis’s entire world comes crumbling down when, in May 1972, his thirteen year old daughter, Drosia, drowns in the torrential river of their village. Her body is never recovered. Only her cardigan and shoes are found. About a year later, a girl from a neighbouring village disappears mysteriously. Rumour has it that she eloped with a man she was passionately in love with. A few months later, a girl from the first village inexplicably goes missing on her birthday. The drowning and two disappearances in the same area spawn questions both in the villagers as well as the gendarmerie who hasn’t stopped looking for them. The village is marked as cursed and a dark cloud of fear weighs on its inhabitants.

Twenty years after Drosia’s death, a fifteen year old girl is found drowned in the same river. The village has been hit by the curse again. The coroner’s examination, however, overturns everything. The police opens up all three old forgotten cases along with this new death. And that is when the demons awake. For this time someone will talk and utter truths that no-one wants to believe. What happened to the girls who went missing? Where did they go? Where are they now?

Demons may not have a name, but they are present… and they chose who they wish to torture…
