ORDER (either as a member or as a "guest")

In the event that you place an order for a product (whether you are a member of our website or not, and you place an order "as a guest"), we collect and process the information you provide to us in order to:

• To manage the distribution of our products, to communicate and inform you about the availability of products, the evolution of your order and the execution of this order, to send the products and/or gifts to your address, to make returns of our products and in general to comply with our obligations to you. The email address is needed for the registration of a member on our site and for the registration of an online order. It will be used to send the confirmation message for your registration or order as well as to send your electronic receipt. In addition, if you register as a member, you can choose whether you wish to receive newsletter updates in your profile. If you place an order for our products (even in case of ordering as a "guest"), your email will be entered in the contact list for sending commercial/promotional newsletter updates (which you will of course be able to object to at any time), on the basis of our legitimate interests in advertising our promotion and the pre-existing business relationship between us. We need it for the delivery of your order and in general for the fulfillment of our contractual and legal obligations. In addition, we wish to address you personally in our communications.

► Billing address and order address:

We need them for the issuance and maintenance of legal documents, for the delivery of your order (excluding ebook and audiobook purchases), and in general for the fulfillment of our contractual and legal obligations. In addition, for the purposes of internal reporting / order tracking and optimization of our services, it is necessary to keep the details of the billing and shipping addresses of your order in our company's internal order keeping and management systems.

► Phone Number:

We need it for the delivery of your order and in general for the fulfillment of our contractual and legal obligations. Furthermore, the legal basis for the processing of your data may also be the legitimate interest of our Company to safeguard its legal rights, and in particular to establish, exercise or support its legal or contractual claims and to defend it against any claims of yours or third parties.

SEND A CV

In the event that you send us your CV, we will collect and process the personal information you provide to us for the purpose of searching for and evaluating your education, skills, knowledge and professional experience in order to consider a possible professional collaboration with you. In case you have sent us a CV, it is kept in our file for the above reasons for up to twelve (12) months and then it is deleted, unless a professional cooperation is achieved between us. The legal basis for this processing is the consent you provide with the positive act of sending your CV. Furthermore, the legal basis for the processing of your data may also be the legitimate interest of our Company to safeguard its legal rights, and in particular to defend it against any claims you may have.

 

Conditions applicable to the consent of a child in relation to information society services

During the registration process in the electronic form, for cases where, according to the above, the legal basis for the processing is consent, if it is found that it is a minor, then the company Psichogios Publications S.A. will delete the data unless it receives written consent via email from the guardian of this person. In this case, if the user's minor is established, the parent's details will be additionally required to complete the consent process.

 

Sending personal data to third parties

Our Company provides third party partners with information related in particular: the sending of your orders, or the sending of e-mail/commercial communication, or your navigation on the site (for example, visiting a website, adding/removing a product in the cart or favorites, purchasing a product). We respond to requests without delay, and in any event within one (1) month from the time we receive your request. However, if your request is complex or there is a large number of your requests, we will inform you within the above period if we need to receive an extension within which we will respond to you. If your requests are unfounded or excessive, especially due to their repetitive nature, our company may impose the payment of a reasonable fee, considering the administrative costs for providing the information or performing the requested action, or refuse to follow up on the request.
