THE DIAMOND "A"

A stunning saga that chronicles the story of a bourgeois family as seen through the eyes of its women. Filled with twists and unexpected twists, unmatched marriages, illicit romance, violence and power relationships, infidelities and sins carried from one generation to another, we see victims transform into aggressors and the way in which fury can implode and teeter the most carefully implemented family balances. Trapped within dark labyrinthine family secrets, the novel’s heroines, victimized by mistakes and passions, struggle to overcome the impasses and fight evil in every possible way that their feminine nature can muster: with eroticism, femininity, and the webs woven by revenge itself. All eight women are tied together by the letter “A”, the first letter of their name but also the ring with the diamond encrusted “A” that is passed down from generation to generation.
Written with exquisite mastery and woven with drama and passion, The Diamond “A” tells of women’s struggle in society for existence, independence, and equality.
